West Virginia Law Review
We are no longer accepting submissions for Volume 124. Our submission cycle for Volume 125 will begin in February 2022. However, we are accepting submissions for publication with the West Virginia Law Review Online.
The West Virginia Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts to be considered for publication. The Law Review welcomes articles, essays, and book reviews on a wide range of legal topics, and we give serious consideration to every submission made.
The West Virginia Law Review publishes three issues per year, which generally reach subscribers in January, May, and December.
We accept submission in either electronic or hard-copy form. Electronic submissions can be sent to the West Virginia Law Review at wvulawreview@gmail.com in Microsoft Word format, or via Expresso or Scholastica
West Virginia Law Review Online
The West Virginia Law Review Online also invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts from both practitioners and academics to be considered for publication. The West Virginia Law Review Online welcomes articles, essays, and book reviews concerning legal issues that are particularly relevant to the state of West Virginia and its surrounding region. Submissions for the Law Review Online should be limited to 5,000 words or less including footnotes.
The Law Review Online accepts submissions either electronically or in hard copy form. Electronic submissions should be sent in Microsoft Word format to the West Virginia Law Review at wvulawreview@gmail.com .
