    The West Virginia Law Review Vol. 115 held its annual banquet on April 18, 2013, celebrating another successful year. In addition, the Law Review recognized the following individuals for their contributions:

  • West Virginia Law Review Students to Publish in Volume 116

    The West Virginia Law Review would like to announce the Student Notes that have been selected for publication in Volume 116 of the West Virginia Law Review. As part of Law Review membership, all first-year editors are required to write a student Note, and the top Notes are selected for publication based upon an overall score. Congratulations to the following students for this accomplishment. Selection for Best Note will be announced at the Annual Law Review Banquet on April 18. Look forward to their articles in 2013-2014.
